What does Yoga at Work Mobile Application includes ?

Breathing techniques are very important before you initiate any kind of yoga exercise. In this section, 3 basic breathing techniques are explained, keeping in mind its significance and popularity and simplicity.
2. Tutorials of ASANS (SEATED POSTURES)
In this section, it teaches you step by step with visual and written aid about the excercise to be performed and at the end of each asan explains the benefits of doing that particular asan. There are in all 11 asans provided in this application that can help to relieve your stress and help you to maintain flexibility in your body during your office hours.
3. Quick mode of ASANS
In this section, all the 11 asans are one by one displayed in quickmode. Here it does not teach you to perform the asans step by step but helps you to quickly have a glance at all the 11 asans in action.
4. MUDRAS
Mudras generate Powers to provide all round development of mind & body which brings peace and happiness. Mudras look like miraculous remedies. They provide instant relief in many illnesses. Mudras can cure almost any ailment from simple earache to heart attack.
Yoga at Work mobile application offers 7 important mudras that can be useful to you if practiced. Mudras are performed by hands and fingers, hence step by step each mudra is explained and its benefits are mentioned in the application. The prime importance of these mudras here in this mobile application is that it can be performed anywhere anytime. While waiting for the bus or train, in the bus/train standing or sitting, at work, while on holiday. This helps you to meditate and relax your mind. Each mudra should be performed for more then 30 min to gainthe full benefits out of it.
