  • Can I manage my recovery team hierarchy in the goCollect App?

    goCollect allows you to manage multi –hierarchy and view their daily performance individual wise, branch wise, cluster wise, region wise and pan India.

  • Can the collector send an acknowledgement of collection receipt through SMS / Email in image or pdf format?

    Once the collector collects the payment, goCollect App will instantly and automatically send the receipt copy to the customer via SMS and Email. Additionally, the collector has the option to share the receipt copy via WhatsApp or provide a hard copy of the receipt to the customer with the help of a Bluetooth printer.

  • Will the collector be able to sort the view of cases by number of hard / soft bucket cases?

    The on-field collector app has a quick view of all the cases allocated to him along with search and multiple filter options. Be it bucket wise or PTP cases wise or product wise management or any other.

  • Can I know if the collector has visited the customer in person?

    With our advance goTrac solution embedded in goCollect App, you can check the daily route, visit locations, activity locations of the collector along with the overall distance travelled by him in a day so that calculating his travelling conveyance is hassle free.
